  • SJ ARTITUDE specializes in customized and artistic merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, and artwork. 
  • These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our platform.


2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our official website, social media, or other authorized channels.
  • All prices are listed in INR (Rupee) and may be subject to taxes or additional charges.
  • Full payment must be made before production begins.
  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, etc.].


3. Customization & Design Approval

  • Customers must provide clear instructions for customization.
  • A design preview may be shared for approval before production.
  • Once approved, no changes or cancellations will be allowed.



4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. (Minimum 3 days to Maximum 10 days depending on the location).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.



5. Returns & Refunds - Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong design or product was delivered.
  • Any claims must be made within 7-10 days of receiving the order, with photographic proof and unused.
  • Used product will not be applicable for return or refund.



6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and artworks created by SJ ARTITUDE remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Customers may not resell or reproduce our designs without permission.



7. Limitation of Liability

  • SJ ARTITUDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
  • We are not responsible for printing errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.



8. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is used solely for order processing and marketing (if opted in).
  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.



9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

Return and Refund Policy


1. Return Policy - At SJ Artitude, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-designed oversized T-shirts. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized T-shirts are final sale due to their personalized nature, except in cases of printing errors, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received.
  • Return Process: Simply contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if the return is approved.


2. Exchange Policy - If your T-shirt doesn’t fit as expected, or you’d like a different design:

  • Size Exchanges: We offer a one-time exchange for size adjustments. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item, and we’ll help you find the right fit.
  • Design Changes: Because our T-shirts are customized to each order, design exchanges are not available after the order is placed. Please double-check your design preferences before finalizing your purchase.


3. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: If preferred, you may opt for store credit on approved returns, which can be used on future purchases.


4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect, and we’ll prioritize a replacement at no additional cost.
